Hi, my name is Mark.
I started my working career as a steel worker/ welder mainly working on construction sites and fabrication sheds for many years until I came across Real-estate. I progressed quickly in Real-estate and bought the rent roll from my employer and became a Principal Real Estate Agent from January 2010 to December 2021. In this role I owned and operated the rent roll that grew from 25 properties in January 2010 to just under 300 properties in December 2021.
In this role I was hands on performing the job of a senior property manager, as well as all the back-end stuff like month end reconciliations, BAS, KPA’s, payroll etc. January 2022, I started with Waminda Services as a Disability Support Worker and completed Cert III in Individual Support on 16/06/2022.
I moved from Waminda Services to Able Programs in November 2022 as a Lifestyle Engineer and quickly progressed to area manager where my duties involve interviewing potential staff, conducting inductions for both staff and participants, completing service agreements for participants, rostering, leave management, conducting services with participants, back up for staff on sick or annual leave and much more, basically whatever else is needed I am there.
September 2023 my wife Crystal Vadasz and I started Darling Downs Care.
